ABOUT VYMY DANCE & FITNESS

VyMy Dance & Fitness began in 2015, with the aim to provide dance clubs for schools located around the Bedfordshire area and being an advocate for arts education across the country.

Drawing on her many years of working as a freelance dance teacher and dance artist, founder Nisha Vyas-Myall aims to provide high calibre dance classes, combining the professionalism of a dance school with all the fun of a school club. Beginning her own dance training thanks to school clubs, Nisha recognised that not every child who loves dance gets a chance to attend a class, whether it's due to price, location or parent schedules. For this reason, VyMy Dance brings the dance school experience to the children, allowing them to blossom and flourish in an environment that is familiar and convenient.

The priority of the clubs is always the pupils: they decide the direction that the club goes. Whether they want to focus on performance, choreography, improvisation or technique, VyMy Dance will build the club around the students and their goals. Our teachers are experienced in providing a variety of dance classes to different levels of ability and varying interests, and are all either current or former professional dancers.
